# 8. Service Delivery Timelines
8.1 Initial Setup
• Account setup completed within 2 business days
• Initial campaign structure within 3 business days
• Creative brief review within 24 hours
• First campaign launch within 5 business days of asset approval
8.2 Ongoing Deliverables
• Ad creative revisions: 24-48 hours
• Campaign optimization: Daily monitoring and weekly adjustments
• Performance reports: Monthly by the 5th of following month
• Strategy reviews: Quarterly or upon request
8.3 Consulting Services
• Strategy documents delivered within 5 business days of session
• Implementation plans provided within 3 business days
• Custom research delivered within agreed timeline
• Follow-up support for 14 days post-consultation
# 9. Cancellation Policy
9.1 Subscription Services
• 30-day written notice required for cancellation

• Service continues through the end of paid period
• All outstanding invoices must be paid in full
9.2 Early Termination
• No early termination fees
• Unused portion of monthly service is non-refundable
• Ad spend balance will be reconciled within 5 business days
• All assets and data transferred within 10 business days
9.3 Consulting Services
• 48-hour cancellation notice required for scheduled sessions
• Rescheduling available with 24-hour notice
• Cancellation fee of 50% if under 48-hour notice
• Full fee charged for no-shows
9.4 Agency-Initiated Cancellation
• Agency may terminate with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination for policy violations
• Full refund of unused prepaid services
• Immediate termination for illegal activities

• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Subscription fees non-refundable once period begins
• Exception for service unavailability exceeding 48 hours
• Credit issued for service interruptions
10.2 Advertising Spend
• Unused ad spend refunded within 10 business days
• Platform fees non-refundable
• Media credits applied to future campaigns when possible
• Refunds processed through original payment method
10.3 Consulting Services
• 100% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before session
• 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before session
• No refund for same-day cancellation
• Full refund if consultant unavailable

• Stripe processing fees non-refundable
